I think I’m becoming a little obsessed with the mori girl style. <3 oops. lol. My big picture (that has a similar clothing style OTL) is still in the works (almost finished-ish), but I really felt like doodling today and then this happened. ;u; I sketched it out and then painted on top, like I did for my Aldora and my Kiwi picture. She's a random character. I probably dislike how her hair turned out the most, but it was a quickie so yeah. I'm still not back yet, I just really wanted to post this today. Mom and I just rescued a whopping three sparrows that came down the chimney and got stuck in our fireplace. Mom trapped them in a box and tried to carry the box over to the door but we only got one out safely that way. The other two managed to escape from the box and have fun flying around the house (they did get out of the house safely as well).
In the title I said that it’s enough excitement for one day, but that combined with a bat we had to get out of the house shortly after Ai-kon, is probably enough for the season. Or rest of the year…

Sorry about not posting for a week or so. I haven’t even been doing much on deviantART.
I have a deadline coming up for school related stuff, so I’ve been focusing on that. In most of my spare time, I’ve either been working on a new picture (anybody remember the Mori WIP/teaser I posted before?) or playing AC:NL (because I need actual breaks too…)

I’m almost done with the deadline so I should be able to start posting soon. My current picture is mostly almost done (once I post it, I should have an extra surprise!! 8D), and another original picture lined up to work on after that.

Another ATC I’ve done, this time it’s of K-on!’s “Mio”, her outfit is specifically from the song/ED “Don’t Say Lazy”.

Shevi and I have been watching the first season of K-on! sice Ai-kon (yes, we’re making it last lol). Mio’s probably my favourite character of them all, and I love the song “Don’t Say Lazy”. It’s awesome. c:

Her expression could have turned out better, but overall it’s okay I guess.

You might recognize the top six from my My Little Pony button set I posted last year. I actually drew them as sticker designs last year, but used them for buttons instead.
This year, I added Princess Luna, Princess Celestia, and Derpy Hooves to the mix. n-n

First, I wanted to draw lace. Then I wanted to do a tea party theme, with a garden…
then I added faeries. Yay!
Originally I wanted it to be a lot more pastel-coloured, but I struggled with the composition so I kept it mostly desaturated but a little darker.
I made some mistakes, but I’m pretty happy with the result now.

Anyways… I can’t help but wonder if she knows they’re there or not~? :)

A downy woodpecker that probably lives in the area. I’ve seen a couple around, quite frequently actually.
(Oh, and what a creative title!)

I’ve been enjoying Animal Crossing: New Leaf a lot, and Blathers is pretty much my favourite of the non-villager characters (idk what to call them OTL) so I decided to draw some more Animal Crossing.
I have to say though, I preferred when he told us about the item we just donated to the museum vs. having to search for what we just donated to read about it, though I do like that we can look up the information whenever we want too. x3
