Decided to try something chibi today. o_o
And yes, it’s Lacey again~ I think I often identify her with rain, due to the song “Moving to Seattle” by the Material. It mentions rain a couple times, and it was the song that got me working on her story~
Poor Lacey must be cold. :(
I really like how this turned out, though despite it being a chibi, it still took me over 4 hours. OTL Faail.

Drag and drop for full size. Please. I put a lot of detail into the girl and her backpack, but I kinda lost those.. ah well. I really like how this turned out. xD; When I started it, I loved the idea, then maybe once or twice while sketching it I kept being wishy washy with whether I should continue it.
And that happened a couple more times after I outlined it.

Yesterday I went and picked up some spray paint for my Ed Elric boots. I’ll probably be testing it out on a scrap of rubber boot I have left today, to see if it’ll work or not. Hopefully it will. x3

This picture took about 12 hours to do, but I’m not sure since I kept taking breaks. xD I wasn’t even sure if I was going to finish it. After I started the shading I kinda got bored with it. But I’m glad I picked it up again in the morning.

I got inspired by Arina Tanemura again, and wanted to do something “enchanting” with lots of details. Though I probably could’ve added more stuff, like moss on the trees, better folds in the clothing, more shading, more work on the grass, more.. distorted images in the bubbles.
Oh! Speaking of the bubbles – I used Clouded’s Soap Bubble tutorial for this. Just in case anyone is interested. X3

Anyways, this picture took maybe 12 hours to complete. :K If I hadn’t decided to change her hair from wavy to straight while outlining, it probably would’ve taken less time. /sigh

I am so glad I decided against traditionally colouring this.
