Not my favourite of my inktober drawings so far (mainly because of how I chose to colour it) but it’s okay otherwise. I needed something simpler after drawing such detailed things recently. ^^;

World building/concept for my original character, Reese!

When I started working this morning, I decided to draw something simple, since I’ve drawn really detailed things for the past three days. But somehow, I got the idea for this and… went through with it… meep.

Day 3 of Inktober happens to be another day I care about very much.
October 3rd… “Fullmetal Alchemist Day”… the day Edward burned down his house, which is engraved in his pocketwatch so that he never forgets.

I’ve been an FMA fan since 2009 but I’ve either always been sick during it, or too busy to draw something specific to the occasion… so I’m very, very happy I got the chance to this year. ♥

It turned out more detailed and difficult than I expected (oh, who would’ve thought drawing a circular mechanical watch with chains traditionally would be hard!?), but I’m really proud of the result. The poppies represent remembrance and sacrifice~

Day #2 of Inktober! I’m pretty tired today so there’s maybe a few mistakes here and there, but overall I’m happy with this~ I might colour it (or redraw it?) at a later date.

But anyways, this is Rin and Len Kagamine, based on Good Smile’s “Harvest Moon” nendoroid set of them. I really love their outfits and the cute little bunnies, so I wanted to draw them today ^^

HAPPY OCTOBER!!

Ever since Ai-kon, I’ve been quiet due to various personal reasons since Ai-kon. However, I’m planning on becoming active again… and what better way to start then my very first Inktober?

I’ve opted to not use a prompt list and just draw whatever comes to mind. I’ve been wanting to draw something with yellow leaves and black crows for a while now, so I finally took the chance. I might draw this aesthetic more at a later date though~
Not sure if I’ll be using colour every time, or if I’ll be posting these every day or every few days in bulk.

Something a little more spring-y, I drew it at the same time as my “Dear Winter;” mori sketch I posted earlier. It was drawn with an ordinary pencil, but when I was editing it in Photoshop, I made it green and think it looks really nice.

Hmm, she reminds me of Homura (“Moemura” version…) from Madoka Magica, but there’s no connection. I just wanted to draw a mori girl with glasses I think. u_u lol

Something I drew in December I believe? I’m not too sure, but it’s slightly more recent than some of my sketches lol. And yes, the branches were drawn on one side and copied/pasted to the other side. I had drawn them properly on both sides, but it became really dark and blurry in the scan, so I figured “meh, it’s just a sketch, I’ll just do a quick fix…”

Also, I thought we’d be free of hawks in the winter for some odd reason, but yesterday I saw a red tailed hawk in our backyard. Got a picture to help identify it/prove it was here but it’s not really good enough to upload. Hopefully this hawk doesn’t stick around long. :I

Eep, long time no post. I intended to start posting art again sooner, but it’s a habit I’ll need to force myself into again.

I have one picture that I’m technically almost done that I should be uploading soon, and another that I’m working on (however, you guys won’t see it until it’s closer to Halloween). I had another one I wanted to work on too but I’m not in a rush to get to it because it has a guitar in it… =_=;;;

Anyways, I don’t know when these sketches were done, but they’re of my sister’s characters, Zeb (left) and Misery/Miz (right).

…I’m starting to feel yucky so I’m gonna go now. (;´Д`) Thanks for looking!!

Another ATC I’ve done, this time it’s of K-on!’s “Mio”, her outfit is specifically from the song/ED “Don’t Say Lazy”.

Shevi and I have been watching the first season of K-on! sice Ai-kon (yes, we’re making it last lol). Mio’s probably my favourite character of them all, and I love the song “Don’t Say Lazy”. It’s awesome. c:

Her expression could have turned out better, but overall it’s okay I guess.
