Wow. It feels like it’s been a while since I’ve finished any original artworks… might’ve been sometime last year? I needed some new promotional materials though, and I can’t use fanart for that, so I drew my chickadee character for a change. ^^ (Poor girl still has no name…)

I’m pretty happy with how this turned out though.

Here’s a picture I drew of Gwin I drew this year. I’m currently using this as a facebook header, and various avatars across the web. It’ll also become my business card and website header when I get a chance…
So honestly, this is old artwork. And it’s kind of simple since it’s just a portrait of Gwin’s face. But I was really proud of how this turned out, so I wanted to post it as a proper artwork before 2016 ended.

Just a quick thing I did last night. I didn’t sketch out anything ahead of time, I just went with it.
I mainly wanted to capture the various colours of the trees with the sunset. For whatever reason the autumn trees have really got my interest this year, but I suppose they’re one of my favourite things about autumn – that, and the food. : D

I included more farm animals (sheep, cow, chick) and another wild animal (owl), and added aquatic animals! :3

Most of these are actually new and drawn in Manga studio, except for the owl, which I drew at the exact same time as last year’s, but I decided at the time not to sell it. I decided to sell it this year, anyway~

My favourite are probably the chick and octopus!

This is a doodle of a character from a story I’ve been playing around with. Poor girl has no name, but it’s hard finding a name that doesn’t start with R or C and doesn’t end with an “ee” sound (like… so many of my other characters UM). I’ll figure something out eventually. ouo

Hello everybody! Having a good weekend? : )

I’m finally finished my art book picture for Melon Berry Tea: Summer Showers, so here’s the final preview of it! I had some trouble with it, but overall I really like how it turned out. <333 This was my sketch and this was my line art/base colours.

I have reached the top tier for donations, so I’ll be making a tutorial/walkthrough for the book, as well as a personal page and bookmark! Yaaay!! :D

I still have quite a ways to go until I finish saving up for my post-secondary education, but thank you to all that have donated and offered support so far! I had no idea that I’d get so much support through this, it’s overwhelming in the best way possible. THANK YOU! *hugs* ♥ ♥ ♥

I may have reached the top goal for the project, but like I said before, I still have a ways to go until I reach my own goal of paying for my post-secondary education. I’m actually hoping to save up for it completely before attending, so that I don’t have to pay student loans. I’m not the only one that needs donations, either – other artists participating could use the help too!

I felt inspired and motivated to draw an interior background after talking to sae-midori on deviantart. She suggested that instead of using perspective lines and such, focus on creating depth with colour/shading. So I tried it, and came up with this. /// Thank you so much sae-midori!! : D

I drew this a while back so I don’t remember what I wanted to say about this… e_e
It was drawn in Manga Studio. The only line art was on the character and objects on the shelf; the rest was painted/lineless. And for the subject, I was simply aiming for a sort of cute, mori girl feeling I guess. It was really hard to come up with a title, if somebody has a suggestion let me know. XD;;

Edit:// I just remembered that I had some issues with the pose, and ended up using stock by SenshiStock on dA to fix it.
