There was a point with this where I wanted to stop, and redo the shading, but I decided to keep on going. I’m glad I did, because Keika was a pleasure to draw once I continued.

Also I hope you don’t mind that she ended up being with a moth. As you know, I originally planned for her to be with a butterfly, but afterward I realized that a moth would make more sense, with it being night and all… X_x
I didn’t think this moth looked as ugly as most moths though, especially from the top, so I hope it’s okay.
_{Though I probably should have spent more time on the moth.. hmm.}

I made this for my sister’s Christmas card~ I don’t normally post them, but she requested for me to post it this year so she can show her friends. :3 She really liked it~

It’s of her characters, Destinea (blue bunny) and Mizerrei (purple bunny)
Derp Dessy’s wing blends into the tree, I didn’t notice until AFTER she opened the card.. OTL

I tried doing more lineless work, since I figured I had like, a week to finish it and skipping the line art would be faster. XD; I also had to wake up early and let her sleep in so I could work on it without her seeing.
Originally, I was planning on it being traditional, to make the “her not seeing” easier, but.. I couldn’t find my pencil crayons. And I didn’t have the right Copic colours. OTL

But it was fun, and even though I stressed over it a lot, seeing her face when she opened the card made it aaaaalll worth while. (seriously, she was more shocked at/happy about the card than the presents I got her XD)

Merry belated Christmas! (or is it belated Merry Christmas…? hmmm)

Why do I keep doing Animal Crossing fan art? Like, of all games.. I choose AC. OTL I guess it’s because I’ve been addicted lately haha

Anyways, ONCE AGAIN.. I wanted to try something different! 8D So, they’re lineless~! I also used more of the AC style than my own. I’m sorry.

Why do I keep drawing snowy pictures when I hate winter? I don’t know. XD;; I really just wanted to draw my outfit ROFL. Though I made up a lot of it. _{(my dress isn’t quite like that, and those shoes don’t exist in AC)}

I added Shevi (Usagi) after. Her outfit is designed by ~Alpakaz _{(who also suggested the title for this picture)} C: She’s dressed in red, I’m the one in blue.

“Set the world on fire” is one of the first english songs to catch my interest in months. As soon as I heard it, I was like “…ERIK SONG.” and it inspired this picture. Which took like. Forever to do. lol.
I find it weird that Transformers songs often make it onto that playlist… hm…

ANYWAYS. These are my characters Erik (black/white hair), Lacey (purple hair, ONLY girl), and Tobias (long white/black hair).

I tried making it a tad more realistic than I usually do. _{AKA: I gave them noses.} I like the result, I can’t say for sure if I’ll keep doing this style though. I also tried making the line art thinner than normal~
On top of that, I toned Lacey’s outfit down and made it a little less futuristic looking, since the story isn’t futuristic in a sense. I mean, it is but everybody would still dress the same as they do now… OTL
ALSO their colours are still the same as before, the fire is just tinting it. c:

Since it looked horrible when zoomed out it’s bigger than normal. ENJOY.
Also, this is my 100th deviation on DeviantART. <333 My 50th was a quickpaint of Tobi here, so I figured these three would be perfect for such a milestone! Edit, July 25, 2012: changed some small details so it would look better as a print. c: You can find the old version here. Thank you!

More Copic art, my first finished one with original characters, to boot! 8D

These are my OC’s, Slade (white hair) and Caleb (red hair)~ They’re fiancees, from an arranged marriage (as they’re both royalty..), but they actually managed to love each other… Slade usually denies this fact, but I guess she’s having a good day or something. P:

I tried to dress them in a more.. Gothic Lolita/Prince style, rather than medieval.. which is what I usually dress Slade in anyways lol.

The flowers are carnations btw, I feel like they suit this couple~ I have no idea why they’re standing in a field of them, though

Alsooo I used different paper for this.. it’s some sort of European Bleedproof paper. o_O Not sure if I like it. It didn’t like blending really dark colours, and such… it also left it shiny under certain light…
..I.. think I might have been using the wrong side of it LOL;;
I will need to try it again before I decide if I like it or not..
It was certainly bleedproof, though.

It was also fun actually listening to the song as well, since I hadn’t before.
I kinda just took the song’s meaning as “insane”. That’s also why the anatomy isn’t the greatest (an insane person doesn’t need to follow the rules of anatomy right? *brick’d*)

I actually did the background with Copics and everything because I planned it out properly haha.

8| The worst part of this picture is that it was a pain to get on the computer. I couldn’t scan it ’cause the paper was too big, I didn’t want to cut it and make it an irregular size… so I ended up taking a picture of it with my mom’s camera. Gonna start doing that for all my large Copic pictures I think.

I decided to do something with Black Butler/Kuroshitsuji AND Vocaloid, in an attempt to be surprising.

…Overall, I went all out. 8D;;

Len is Ciel, Rin is Female!Ciel, and Kaito is Sebaschaaan. Ahh.. idk if you like Kaito, but I couldn’t think of anybody else who would suit appearance-wise ;3;
I also took some artistic liberty on small details for the outfits, and Kaito’s hair style. Blues also don’t look very… blue, but they did when I started lol ;A;

Been a while since I drew Epic! :3
This picture came from a couple different things. I wanted to draw Epic for the convention, and I also wanted to draw something light, cute, colourful, and with texture for it too. So I decided to kill two birds with one stone. xD
And the pose came from me wanting to draw a close up of a shoe LOL. o_O

And yes, her outfit was a pain to colour. Like always. It’s hard making the colour composition look.. well, composed when she dresses like this. 8| But I think I managed it, somehow…
I’m lucky there aren’t more colours to the rainbow. xD;;

I pretty much finished this a couple days ago, but today I did some final touch ups. Oh, and sorry if her anatomy is wonky. @_@;; Aaaand I also gave her earrings. They aren’t permanent though.
..She hates permanent things. :c
