Well, it’s October 3rd today. Also known as “Fullmetal Alchemist Day”, because it’s the date written in Edward’s pocketwatch.
I didn’t have time for much. I was trying to listen to FMA music to get inspiration, and this is what I drew… doesn’t really suit the occasion, but it’s FMA themed at least. ^^; I’m just glad I was able to do something, since I haven’t been able to for a couple years now.
I finally drew Alphonse alone (well, not completely alone. He has a kitty!) it’s the Shamballa version. I don’t prefer the first series to the second, but I still like it a lot. ;-; Some people complain that Al’s design is unoriginal in the movie… but I think it was his way of retracing his steps, to try and remember what happened before. Or simply to feel closer to Ed. So I think it’s sweet. >.>
Also, I never realized the song “Ordinary World” was originally done by Duran Duran… I’ve been listening to the version by Red all this time. XD;; But I feel like parts of it suit the movie, so that’s why I used it. I hope you can read it well enough, it ended up kinda small, and then I put the watermark on it, so it might be difficult. ^^; Sorry.
